Dr. Lutz has been at RIT since 1979. In 1991, Dr. Lutz chaired the Information Technology Department when that degree was started, and has since begun new degrees in Applied Networking and System Administration (BS), Information Security and Forensics (BS), and a graduate degree in Networking and System Administration (MS). His interests are in computer networking, programming, and security.
